Initiate Your Request
Log into your MFST account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
